I am taking on the A&E Shift Challenge to raise funds for The Royal Free Charity and support our emergency and urgent care teams.

No one wants to be in A&E but but our local NHS teams provide exceptional care whenever someone needs them most. They do this even in the most difficult circumstances.

Our A&E staff members are constantly on the go with some covering an astounding 11 miles during their busiest shift. That's why I'm going the distance to support our emergency and urgent care teams this November. 

By making a donation you could help fund impactful projects to improve the experience in our emergency department. Gifts will always go where they are most needed to support staff, patients and ground-breaking research, helping us go further, faster, for all.
